The mission of The World Is Yours Ministries is to be a light in dark places, to lift
people up and give them hope, a hope that is rooted in the saving knowledge of
Jesus Christ. At the same time, we want to help people understand that God
made them and made the world for them, and also gave them the power to do
and become better in this world, We want to place in them the belief that “the
world is yours” because with Christ all things are possible.
We propose to do this through building relationships and community in a variety
of methods with the people to whom God sends us, opening doors to the Gospel.
The World Is Yours Ministries is an extension of our home church in the United
States. We sit under the 501c3 covering of Faith Christian Church in Woodhull,
Illinois. As such all donations are tax-exempt in accordance with the rules of the
Internal Revenue Service.

- We hold a weekly bible teaching and educational time with the children in
the community of Villa Hermosa, San Benito, El Petén.
- We are intimately involved in the betterment of the lives of children, and
especially in relation to empowering them for their future. We teach English
as a Second Language, supply learning materials and books , spend time
teaching biblical principles and work towards changing lives and bringing
hope.
- We are conducting community development projects in the communities of
the department of El Peten, Guatemala to improve the conditions of people.
These endeavors include agriculture, water systems, sanitation, cooking
stoves, and housing.
- We are assisting in medical outreach through various missions organizations
who conduct medical clinics in the surrounding area.
